No-Show Policy
In order to best serve our patients with timely service, we have a firm no-show
policies for medical appointments and procedures. If you cancel or reschedule
your appointment prior to 24 hours of your appointment, no cancelation fees
will be applied to your account.
No-Show Office Appointment
All patients who do not cancel their office appointment 24 hours prior to their
appointment time will be assessed a $35 charge. The charge must be paid in order
to reschedule an appointment.
No-Show Procedure Appointment
All patients who do not cancel their procedure appointment 24-hours prior to their
procedure time will be assessed a $50 charge. This charge must be paid in order to
reschedule the procedure or schedule an office appointment.
